Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) at intake and at each follow-up. We track time-to-50% reduction and time-to-resolution per diagnosis.
If we did it,
we measure it.
Triumph holds every clinician to the same outcomes scorecard — and publishes the numbers annually. Pain medicine without outcomes data is just a process.
Four scorecards. Every patient.
Every Triumph procedure feeds into four measurement categories — collected at intake, at 30 days, 90 days, and one year.
Oswestry, Neck Disability Index, and Lower Extremity Functional Scale — diagnosis-matched. We track the activities you couldn’t do, then re-test them.
Days to return to work, days to return to sport or training, days to return to pre-injury activity level. Reported by diagnosis and procedure.
First-procedure success rate by diagnosis, re-intervention rate, and complication rate at 30 and 90 days. Tracked by physician, not just by clinic.
You see what good looks like — before we start.
At your first visit, you’ll see what successful recovery has looked like for patients with your diagnosis at Triumph. Time courses, success rates, what to expect at week one, week four, week twelve.
- You know when to expect improvement. “Should I be better by now?” is answered with data, not guesswork.
- You know when to come back. If your recovery trajectory diverges from the expected curve, we re-engage early — not at the next routine follow-up.
- You know how we’re doing. Triumph’s practice-wide outcomes are reported annually, by category, on this page.
What we don’t do
We don’t cherry-pick procedures. We don’t exclude complex cases from outcomes reports. We don’t pretend a procedure worked because the patient stopped following up.
