Sports Injury

Get back to your sport, your job, your life — with a real recovery plan.

Built for every athlete — from weekend warriors to professionals.

Sports injuries don't only happen to professional athletes. They happen to weekend runners, youth soccer players, parents who picked up tennis again, and people who just want to keep moving. Whatever your level, we treat the injury and the goals you have for getting back to what you love.

Our sports medicine approach combines accurate diagnosis, the least invasive effective treatment, and a return-to-play plan that's specific to your sport, position, and timeline.

Conditions we treat

  • ACL, MCL, PCL, and LCL injuries
  • Meniscus tears and cartilage injuries
  • Rotator cuff tears and shoulder instability
  • Tennis elbow and golfer's elbow
  • Achilles and patellar tendon injuries
  • Ankle sprains and instability
  • Stress fractures and overuse injuries
  • Concussions and post-concussion syndrome
  • Hip labral tears and femoroacetabular impingement

Treatments we offer

From acute care through full return-to-play, we cover every phase of athletic injury management.

ACL Reconstruction

Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction with autograft or allograft, followed by structured rehabilitation and sport-specific return-to-play testing.

Rotator Cuff Repair

Arthroscopic repair of partial- and full-thickness rotator cuff tears, with attention to tendon quality and biomechanical reasoning behind each repair.

Tendon Repair

Achilles, patellar, biceps, distal triceps, and pectoral tendon repair — including minimally invasive techniques where appropriate.

Concussion Management

Comprehensive evaluation and graduated return-to-play protocols. We coordinate with school athletic trainers, neuropsychologists, and primary care as needed.

Cartilage Restoration

Techniques to preserve and restore joint cartilage in younger athletes — microfracture, OATS, and cell-based options when indicated.

Regenerative Injections

PRP and other biologic injections for chronic tendinopathies, partial tendon tears, and ligament injuries that haven't responded to standard care.

What to expect

Your first visit covers the mechanism of injury, your sport demands, your timeline, and a focused physical examination. We'll review or order imaging as needed and lay out a treatment plan with a realistic return-to-play timeline. For surgical cases, we walk through the procedure, recovery, and rehabilitation milestones before you commit to anything.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly can I be seen after an injury?

Acute injuries are prioritized. Same- or next-day appointments are typically available for fresh injuries, especially when imaging or return-to-play decisions are time-sensitive.

Do all ACL tears need surgery?

Not all. The decision depends on your age, activity level, the specific tear pattern, and any associated injuries. We discuss surgical and non-surgical paths honestly and let you decide with full information.

How is concussion managed?

With a structured, individualized protocol that includes symptom monitoring, cognitive rest, graded return-to-learn, and graded return-to-play. We coordinate with schools, trainers, and other specialists as needed.

How long until I can return to my sport?

It depends on the injury and the sport. Simple sprains may be weeks; ACL reconstruction is typically 9–12 months for full sport return. We give you a realistic timeline at the start.

Do you work with school and club teams?

Yes. We coordinate with athletic trainers, coaches, and team physicians for student-athletes, and we provide return-to-play clearance letters when appropriate.
