Shoulder arthritis.
Preserve the joint when we can. Treat it well when we cannot.
Glenohumeral or AC joint arthritis produces pain with motion, loss of range, and often night pain. Targeted treatment can delay or avoid replacement in many patients.
If this is you, we can help.
Aching shoulder pain worse with motion and at night. Loss of range — especially external rotation and reaching overhead. Sometimes mechanical catching or crepitus.
Your first visit.
Focused examination. Imaging to assess joint surfaces and surrounding structures. Diagnostic ultrasound. A staged plan from conservative to interventional, with surgical referral when warranted.
A range of options before replacement.
Activity modification, anti-inflammatory medication, and structured shoulder PT. Image-guided corticosteroid injection for symptom relief. For appropriate candidates, PRP or BMAC for biologic support. Surgical referral when conservative options have plateaued.
Stop accepting the downtime.
Postpone replacement when we can. Get you to it well when we cannot. Schedule a consultation at any Triumph location.
