Sciatica.
Diagnose the root. Then treat it.

Leg pain that runs from your low back down the back of the thigh or calf is almost always a nerve-root problem — not a hamstring problem. We diagnose to the level, then choose the smallest tool that ends it.

Who It's For

If this is you, we can help.

Sharp or burning pain down one leg. Numbness or tingling in the foot. Pain that worsens with sitting, coughing, or bending forward. Weakness that is starting to affect how you walk. Symptoms that have lasted more than two weeks and are not getting better with rest.

What to Expect

Your first visit.

A focused neuro exam. Review of any prior imaging — and an MRI order if you do not have one. A precise working diagnosis (which level, which nerve root). A staged plan: targeted physical therapy, an image-guided epidural or selective nerve root block, and — for the rare patient who needs it — referral for endoscopic discectomy. We do not jump to surgery.

Treatment Options

A staged plan from conservative to interventional.

Targeted physical therapy, anti-inflammatory medication, activity modification, and time resolve many cases. For persistent pain, an image-guided epidural or selective nerve root block at the confirmed level. For refractory or progressive cases, surgical evaluation for discectomy. The goal is to use the smallest tool that produces durable relief.

Stop accepting the downtime.

Most sciatica resolves with the right diagnosis and the right intervention. Schedule a consultation at any Triumph location.
